Wow it is 2009

I can not believe how fast 2008 flew by. It was a great year. I started getting even more serious with my photography and took a bunch of pictures for family and friends. Jeff and I celebrated our 9 year anniversary.... 9 years! Can you believe it. I can not wait until it is like our 30th. It has taken us a lot of work and it still does but it has been worth it. I still look at him and just can not believe he is all mine... To bad ladies! I think that my parents and sisters had a lot to do with Jeff and I. I mean, I have an amazing mom and dad that are still so in love. Just watching them and seeing how they can make it through hard times and still get that glow when they see each other makes me realize that I to can have that glow. I also have sisters who married awesome men. I love my brother in laws. They all are so different and just so amazing. I guess seeing all my family have struggles and still get giddy around their spouses helped me. I guess I am just blessed.... Well I know that with the new year you are suppose to do your New Year Resolutions but I feel like if I make one I will just be disappointed when I do not accomplish it. So this year I am just going to say that I will try to have an amazing year. I will try to be more patient with my kids. I will try to not be so lazy about house cleaning. I will try to not eat so much and to workout. I will try to see each day as a blessing and new adventure. I will try to be the best wife I can be. I will try to not work so many long hours. And the one thing I can say I will do is love my family and friends and do what I can to make them smile. Well thanks for listening to my rambles. Merry Christmas and Such

So first I just have to say my mother is awesome... Look at what she made the kids. They love blankets and the ones that they normally drag along with them are the blankets my mom made them when they were babies. These are their new favorites.











And here are some random Christmas pictures. I was playing around with my new 50mm 1.8 so some are not the best but hey I am just getting use to the lens. hehehe
